Qualifications

• Team-oriented with good communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC waterjet equipment.
• Read blueprints and specs to ensure precise machining.
• Perform quality checks on finished components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machines to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
• Document work and production records; follow safety protocols.
