Job summary

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA seeks a lathe specialist who owns machine setups from tooling to inspection. You’ll set tooling, speeds, feeds, and passes, and document conformance before handoff to production.

You will work with manual and CNC lathes, ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship in a dynamic shop environment with shift options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years setting up and operating manual and/or CNC lathes.
• Ability to hold ±0.002" tolerances consistently.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and inspection methods.
• Independent setup, tooling selection, and detailed inspection.

Responsibilities

• Decode blueprints and GD&T into a practical setup plan.
• Mount and secure tools; set chucks, centers, fixtures; align workpieces.
• Dial in spindle speed, feed, and depth of cut; adjust as needed.
• Regulate coolant to protect tools and surface integrity.
• Continuously observe cut quality and correct issues in real time.
• Validate dimensions with gauges and hand metrology; document conformance.

Own the setup. Nail the measurement. Deliver the part.Imagine stepping to a lathe—manual or CNC—in our New Castle, PA facility at Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division. You review the traveler, verify datums on the print, build your setup, and hit cycle start. You listen for chatter, adjust feeds, verify tool wear, and confirm every critical dimension to ±0.002”. That’s the craftsmanship we’re hiring for.Role overviewThis position combines full ownership of lathe setups with rigorous inspection.
