Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and optical comparators for precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling machines and turret lathes per blueprints and routing.
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds; perform tool offsets and adjustments.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections; document results and maintain SPC data.
• Move parts through operations following routing; assist others as needed.
