Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience operating milling machines and performing setup and basic maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machines and perform setup duties.
• Change cutters (2–6 times per night); manage cutter weights.
• Move heavy cutters from shelf to machine using dolly; use jib crane for heavy parts.
• Mount cutters and lock with Allen bolts; position safely at waist level.
• Shovel/chip removal and keep area clean; follow maintenance checklists.
• Monitor machine operation for close tolerances and quality.
