Job summary

The Boeing Company in Washington state is seeking an Electronic Technician specializing in precision machine tool maintenance to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced electronic and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.

You will diagnose issues, write test programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic/electrical experience in machine tool or industrial maintenance.
• 1+ years troubleshooting PLCs or equivalent control systems.
• Ability to work at heights and pass Fall Protection Training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electronic and electrical systems on precision machine tools.
• Troubleshoot communication protocols between machine tools and production systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine corrective actions to restore efficiency.
• Write and edit maintenance programs and test loops for precise tool alignment.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and accreditation requirements and prepare reports.
