Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic/electrical experience in machine tool maintenance or related fields.
• 1+ years troubleshooting PLCs or equivalent control systems.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 feet and pass Fall Protection Training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electronic and electrical systems of precision machine tools and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot communication protocols between machine tools and production systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine corrective actions to restore optimal operation.
• Write and edit maintenance programs and test loops for precision alignment and ballbars.
• Comply with FAA accreditation requirements and company safety regulations.
