Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Electronic Technician - Precision Machine Tool Maintenance in Washington state to join the Equipment Services team. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems in precision machine tools, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The position requires diagnosing issues, writing test programs, and collaborating with engineering and vendors while maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic/electrical experience in machine tool maintenance or related fields.
• 1+ years' experience troubleshooting PLCs or equivalent control systems.
• Ability to work at heights up to 125 feet and pass Fall Protection Training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electronic/electrical systems of precision machine tools and equipment to OEM specs.
• Troubleshoot communication protocols between machine tools and production systems.
• Write and edit maintenance programs and develop test loops for repeatability and accuracy.
