Job summary

PCC Airfoils – Minerva Operations is seeking a Machine Repairman in Minerva, Ohio. The role involves maintaining, repairing and modifying equipment across the manufacturing floor, using blueprints, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, and diagnostic tools to diagnose and fix malfunctions.

Responsibilities include overseeing repairs, reading complex drawings, and ensuring proper lubrication and readiness of machinery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Journeyman’s Card.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of operating Lathe and Milling Machine.
• Previous Machine Repairman experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, overhaul, modify, install and remove equipment in the facility.
• Use precision tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure machines are lubricated and ready for service.
• Read and use complex machine drawings and instructions during repairs.
