Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service and repair mechanical and hydraulic components on production machines.

You will work with lathes, milling machines, and other shop tools, reading blueprints and ISO drawings to fabricate parts and align components precisely. The role requires reading and interpreting specifications, performing preventative maintenance, and operating forklifts as needed in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience reading blueprints/ISO drawings and fabricating parts.
• Ability to align pumps/motors within tight tolerances and use precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine tools including lathes, mills, and broaching per blueprints.
• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate and install parts; read blueprints and ISO drawings for fabrication.
