Job summary

Lutron Electronics' Lincoln, RI facility seeks a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment and support systems after training. This hands-on role includes preparing materials, following work instructions, and maintaining safe, quality-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation or hands-on production roles.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn specialized equipment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment after training.
• Prepare materials and equipment per work instructions.
• Follow documented procedures for operating equipment and completing tasks.
• Monitor processes, record information, and report issues.
• Perform basic equipment checks and communicate maintenance concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Maintain orderly work area and support quality/improvement efforts.
• Complete required training and qualifications.
