Job summary

Lutron Electronics seeks a Machine Operator to join our Tanury manufacturing team at our Lincoln, Rhode Island facility. You will operate and monitor production equipment, follow established procedures, and help maintain product quality. Training will be provided, and prior experience in hands-on production is valued.

The role includes shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with overtime as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in machine operation, mechanical technology, or hands-on production is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE is expected.
• Able to read work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment following training.
• Prepare materials and equipment per work instructions.
• Follow documented procedures for production tasks.
• Record information and report unusual conditions.
