Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling and or heading machines
• Select proper dies based on job specifications
• Perform die changes and tooling adjustments
• Troubleshoot machine and setup issues with maintenance or engineering support
• Follow safety standards and production procedures
• Inspect products to ensure blueprint requirements are met
• Utilize micrometers and calipers for accurate measurements
