Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Machine Operator for our Fremont, IN production facility. The role is a night shift Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with potential half-day Fridays during peak periods.

You will operate thread rolling and heading machines and contribute to high-quality part production. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading and measurement tools experience.
• Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
• Strong basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Able to stand and bend for a 12-hour shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling and/or heading machines.
• Select proper dies according to job instructions.
• Perform die changes and tooling adjustments.
• Work with engineering and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain efficient production.
• Monitor product quality to meet blueprint specs.
• Use micrometers and calipers for measurements.

Machine Operator Fremont INPay 20 per hour Schedule Monday through Friday 600pm to 600am Possible half day on Fridays during busy production periodsWe are looking for mechanically inclined Machine Operators who are dedicated to producing high quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of thread rolling and or heading machines
• Select proper dies according to job instructions
• Perform die changes and tooling adjustments
• Work with engineering and maintenance to resolve machine or tooling issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain efficient production
• Monitor product quality to ensure blueprint specifications are met
• Use measuring tools including micrometers and calipers
