LeoForce is seeking a Machine Operator-2nd shift in Los Angeles to operate thread rolling machines and related production equipment. You will read blueprints, verify part quality with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes, and perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate thread rolling machines and related production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and microscopes to verify part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow quality management procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
• Accurately complete production records and manufacturing transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing, machine operator, or metalworking experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic math skills, including working with fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
