Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee setup and operation of designated equipment and to maintain production quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within a small team. Training will cover safety policies and data entry procedures as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule.
• Fast-paced environment experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to read blueprints (a plus).
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16".
• Basic math including decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate machines.
• Process material through machines per specifications.
• Enter production data accurately.
• Inspect and maintain product quality.
• Use hand truck to move materials and organize area.
• Follow safety policies and report issues.
• Meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve goals.
• Handle special projects as needed.
