Job summary

Pratt Industries is hiring for a Machine Operator/Helper in Texas. Starting rate is $20.00 per hour plus potential shift differential. Hours are 3:30PM - 11:30PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Strong Math skills as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on converting machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
• Inspect dies before and after run to ensure repairs are made before the next run.
• Monitor box quality, including loose liner, warp, size, and print.
• Operate machinery to maximize output while maintaining safety and housekeeping.
