Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability.
• Good problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained across multiple job functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures to complete assigned work accurately.
• Operate production equipment and perform manufacturing tasks according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and ensure equipment is properly cared for.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with NOV HSE and quality standards.
• Support team operations by assisting with additional production duties as needed.
• Work overtime and various shifts as required to meet business needs.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift while performing frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull equipment and materials throughout the shift.
