Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• 1+ year machine operation experience.
• Ability to read/write English, follow verbal instructions; read a tape measure and convert fractions to decimals; basic geometry a plus.
• Must be able to problem solve, manage time, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication and organizational skills and extreme attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a variety of light and heavy industrial machines.
• Test the machine before main work begins; ensure good condition for production.
• Set machine operation information such as speed, size and shape.
• Adjust the operating speed and load.
• Insert production materials to enhance output.
• Adhere to client job specifications and ensure high-quality work.
• Identify and correct small mechanical issues.
• Perform daily housekeeping of work area.
• Train and monitor the quality of new employees in home cell.
