Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience running production equipment, logging data in ERP, and following safety procedures. Overtime may be required in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math skills for calculating counts, weights, and measurements.
• Understanding of how machines work, setting them up, and basic repairs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and operate equipment for production processes.
• Calibrate machines, adjust settings, load materials and start production runs.
• Log production numbers and material usage; input data into ERP.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality control.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and report equipment issues.
