Job summary

Hendrickson in Hebron, OH seeks a production assembler responsible for using pneumatic and hand tools to assemble products per company and customer specifications. You will organize all aspects of the assembly process and perform inspections to ensure quality while reporting daily activities and data.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of production assembly experience preferred. Candidates must be able to work overtime, use torque wrenches, and pass drug screening,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Follow safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspections on product using total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data.
• Conduct quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Operate machines with safe working habits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator.
• Interact with technical support personnel and downtime activities.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.
• Contribute to safety culture and report safety concerns.
• All other duties as assigned.
