Job summary

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of assembly experience. Willingness to work overtime, perform quality checks, and adhere to safety practices is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior production assembly experience 1-2 years preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Must be able to use torque wrenches according to specs.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Interact with technical support personnel and downtime activities.
• Must possess a high level of attention to details.
• Contribute to safety culture and report concerns.
• All other duties as assigned.
