Job summary

Hendrickson in Lebanon, Kentucky, is seeking an Assembly Technician to use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble products per specifications. You will understand parts and their relationship to the end product and facilitate all aspects of the assembly process.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred. You must read production schedules and be able to work overtime as needed, using torque wrenches to specs and reporting daily production data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Drug and alcohol screening required.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Orgаnize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform product inspections using total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data.
• Conduct quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Interact with technical support and assist downtime activities.
• Contribute to safety culture and report concerns.
