Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a production assembler to perform task-oriented assembly using pneumatic and hand tools per customer specifications. The role requires organizing the assembly process, inspecting products, and reporting daily production data.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working with guidance from supervisors. Required are a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of production assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of production assembly preferred.
• Interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and stay drug-free during employment.
• Follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Use required pneumatic/hand tools to assemble product per specs.
• Organize all aspects of the assembly process and report daily activities.
• Perform inspections with basic measurement equipment and quality checks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe working areas and operating procedures.
• Interact with technical support and support downtime activities.
