Job summary

WireMasters is seeking a Machine Operator to operate equipment, handle materials, perform quality checks, and complete associated paperwork. You will assist or oversee machine setups, document setup data, and maintain records.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance with hand tools, ensuring kit and packaging quality, and monitoring ERP system activity to meet on-time shipping dates. You will respond to Value Added order emails and uphold WireMasters values of Service, Gratitude, Excellence,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong written, technical, and oral communications skills.
Basic Math Aptitude.
Physical Dexterity Skills.
Organization, planning, and time management skills.
Computer Literate.
Reading skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Fulfills value-added work orders by operating equipment, handling material, performing quality checks, and completing paperwork as necessary.
Assists or oversees a variety of machine setups and operations.
Documents machine setup data, maintains appropriate records and files.
Performs machine maintenance and repairs as required - use of hand tools.
Ensures quality standards are met with kitting and packaging requirements.
Monitors reports through the WireMasters ERP System and manages workload in order to maintain on time delivery and ship dates.
Responsible for answering emails concerning Value Added orders as necessary.
