Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to fulfill value-added work orders, handle material, perform quality checks, and complete paperwork as necessary.
• Assist or oversee a variety of machine setups and operations.
• Document machine setup data, maintains appropriate records and files.
• Perform machine maintenance and repairs as required using hand tools.
• Ensure quality standards are met with kitting and packaging requirements.
• Monitor reports through the WireMasters ERP System and manage workload to maintain on time delivery and ship dates.
• Respond to emails concerning Value Added orders as necessary.
• Provide customer service and professionalism when dealing with stakeholders.
• Use statistical methods ensuring quality standards for all machines and orders.
• Process tickets daily using the ERP system.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workplace at all times.
• Follow safety procedures in accordance with approved training.
