Qualifications

• Requires average math skills and the ability to comprehend written instructions in English.

• Must comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other policies.
• Must be able to consistently stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to learn machining concepts and proficiency in using measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions.
• Align and secure machine fixtures to ensure safe operation.
• Set up and operate machines such as lathes, mills, and CNC machines.
• Monitor the production process to ensure correct functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
