Qualifications

• Knowledge of calipers, gauges, and other required measuring tools.
• Strong proficiency in basic math.
• Ability to accurately document machining procedures.
• Familiarity with metals and lathe/mill tooling.
• Basic oral communication skills and ability to read logs.
• Ability to handle heavy items and stand for a shift.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Set up full production cycle and operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines.
• Optimize setup times and improve productivity.
• Read and understand blueprints and route instructions.
• Troubleshoot programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow in-process part inspection protocols.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve quality concerns.
