Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear English.
• Operate medium complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity and ability to lift medium-heavy objects.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with power tools preferred.
• Blueprint reading preferred.
• Minimum 1 year operating machines in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
• Check production status within and between sequences and act on deviations.
• Operate and control machine/production processes following documented procedures.
• Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow protocol.
• Support maintenance in repair, downtime prevention, and machine inspections.
• Follow safety and production rules and use PPE at all times.
