Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Machine Operator in Indiana to perform manufacturing, processing, inspection, and value-added production tasks in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, verifying quality, maintaining traceability, and documenting production data while following SOPs and safety guidelines. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 0-2 years of experience preferred and PIT certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment, safety practices, and PPE.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, travelers, and basic drawings.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn documentation systems.
• PIT certification preferred or ability to obtain if required.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing or processing equipment following safety, quality, and production standards.
• Perform routine production tasks and value-added processing per instructions.
• Inspect materials and products to meet defined quality requirements.
• Maintain product identification and traceability through production steps.
• Follow SOPs, travelers, and safety guidelines.
• Record production and quality documentation accurately.
• Handle and move materials and tools as needed to support production.
