Qualifications

• 0-2 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of equipment, safety practices, and PPE.
• Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools.
• PIT certification preferred or obtainable.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment according to safety and production standards.
• Perform routine production tasks per work instructions and customer specifications.
• Inspect materials and products for quality during processes.
• Maintain product identification and traceability throughout production steps.
• Follow SOPs, travelers, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
