Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Production Operator to operate EPS-related machinery, assist with end-of-line tasks, and ensure safe, efficient production. The role requires basic math, measuring tools, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Expect 40 hours per week with possible overtime and no travel. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Safety PPE provided; applies to all shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate department machinery to complete work orders (lamination, cutting, molding, etc.).
• Review work orders and communicate material needs to other departments.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Assist with packaging, end-of-line tasks, and quality checks.
• Record manufactured data for quality and process improvement.
