Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking an entry-level Operator to support EPS production lines, operate lamination, cutting, and packing processes, and assist higher-level Operators. Working 40 hours per week with overtime possible, no travel.

You will monitor machines, review work orders, maintain safety, complete data records, and contribute to quality checks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior manufacturing experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination, cutting, fabrication, shapes, and packaging machinery.
• Receive and review work orders and ensure correct materials.
• Communicate material requirements to other departments as needed.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure standard work is followed.
• Perform routine hazard-based tasks including lock out/tag out and inspections.
• Record data for quality control and continuous improvement.
