CASSANOS INC in Dayton, OH is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate production machinery. You will help ensure uninterrupted and efficient running of the production line, following safety standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience operating diverse high-speed machinery, attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This role requires teamwork and reliable participation.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a machine operator.
• Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer).
• Understanding of production procedures and safety regulations.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision and measurement tools.
• Test operation of machines periodically.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Check output to spot machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products; maintain activity logs.
