Job summary

Sysco East Coast Fresh is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a wide range of machinery and manage output through the packaging process. You will match tickets, perform item/weight quality checks, and ensure products meet customer specifications while processing orders via the Cyrovac system, then packing and palletizing for shipment.

The role requires the ability to lift as needed, maintain line speed, and safety compliance to meet yields and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of machines.
• Oversee the full life cycle of products through the Packaging Process.
• Match tickets to products, perform quality checks on items/weights, ensure specifications are met, process orders through the Cyrovac machine, ensure accuracy, then pack and palletize.
