Job summary

HuFriedyGroup is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and operate production machinery, ensuring high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the United States. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

You will read and apply work instructions, drawings, and machine manuals while contributing to continuous improvement and 6S standards at your workstation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a production setting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Stand for 8–12 hours with repetitive hand movements.
• Must read and apply work instructions, drawings, machine manuals, and inspection checklists.
• Lean experience is a plus; strict adherence to safety and quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
• Follow safety rules including PPE and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to documented procedures and GDP practices.
• Maintain 6S at the workstation and contribute ideas for safer, easier, better, faster work.
• Meet labor and machine standards and be flexible for overtime.
