Job summary

HuFriedyGroup in Sharon is seeking a Machine Operator to setup, adjust and operate a range of production machinery to deliver high quality finished products. The role works with moderate oversight from team leadership and emphasizes safety, GDP, and run-rate goals.

Responsibilities include following documented instructions, reading drawings and manuals, maintaining activity logs, and performing minor troubleshooting. A strong manufacturing background and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instruction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret written guidance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start production cycles and perform changes as needed.
• Monitor quality and adherence to GDP and safety practices.
• Maintain logs and hour-by-hour production boards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate with supervision.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement at the workstation.
