Job summary

HuFriedyGroup in Rush, NY is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to set up, adjust, and run a range of production equipment to deliver high-quality dental instruments. You will work under team leadership on a 1st shift 4x10 schedule, lifting up to 30 lbs, following safety and quality procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong attention to detail and ability to read work instructions and drawings are essential, as is flexibility to meet customer commitments

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to produce finished products.
• Adhere to safety practices and wear PPE.
• Follow GDP-like quality practices and document parameters accurately.
• Work flexible hours including overtime to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain 6S at workstation and suggest improvements.
