Qualifications

• Experience with measuring instruments and quality checks.
• Able to follow GDP-like documentation practices and safety rules.
• High-speed manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs and changeovers.
• Maintain quality by self-monitoring and reporting issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Keep logs and hour-by-hour boards up to date.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and communicate with supervision.
