Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a premier firearms manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with recent manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, climate-controlled production environment.

Duties include operating equipment, loading materials, and inspecting quality to meet specifications. CNC experience is highly encouraged, and forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• CNC machine experience is highly preferred for skilled operator opportunities.
• Recent forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
• Load machines with materials and transport finished products to designated production and storage areas.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use hand tools, gauges, calipers, and measuring devices as needed.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
