Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, measurements, and basic mechanical information.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned machinery and production equipment.
• Set up machines according to job specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company policies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
