Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK area. You will set up, operate, and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines to fabricate precision structural parts and assemblies, reading blueprints, inspecting with calipers, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

The role requires basic math, tape measure proficiency, and experience with industrial machinery. Prior forklift and overhead crane experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills (tape measure, calipers).
• Able to read blueprints preferred.
• Forklift operation and overhead crane experience preferred.
• Experience with radial drills, fin tube machinery, vertical bandsaw, presses, breaks and shears.

Responsibilities

• Provide materials to workstations and various locations as needed.
• Read blueprints or instructions for job specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines, including loading, machining, unloading, and deburring.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions for accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and adjust as needed.
• Follow safety policies and assist team leaders or managers.
