Job summary

SPX Technologies in Eden, North Carolina, seeks a skilled machine operator to perform essential functions based on Work Orders and Blueprints. You will interpret blueprints, set up equipment, and ensure quality components are produced with minimal input from others.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read calipers and other metrology equipment.
• Ability to setup, operate and adjust machines as required.
• Strong math skills including decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions necessary as prescribed by Work Order and Blueprint.
• Maintain area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
• Perform inspections on fabricated parts as required.
