Responsibilities

• Operate machines to cut, bend, swage or punch per orders.
• Receive manufacturing orders and verify specs and packaging.
• Set up skids, racks and bundles for dispatch.
• Perform quality checks on OD, gauge and length.
• Maintain safety practices and 5S/lean standards.
• Respond to supervision instructions and escalate issues.
• Communicate clearly with team to meet production targets.
• Assist with training and continuous improvement activities.
