AtWork Group in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Machine Operator to support our mid-sized manufacturing operations. You will operate and monitor machines, set up according to specs, and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use dial calipers, snap gauges, and micrometers.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to be on their feet for several hours.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various types of machines.
• Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
