Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and non-CNC equipment (grinders, slicers, drillers, honers, chamfering tools, scoring machines, slotting, finishing equipment).
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust parameters.
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency.
• Inspect parts using precision tools.
• Assist machinists with troubleshooting and improvements.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping.
• Support training for entry-level operators.
