Electron Energy Corporation in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Machine Operator for our high-precision manufacturing line. You will operate CNC and non-CNC equipment, read engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances on a second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and non-CNC equipment (grinders, slicers, drillers, honers, chamfering tools, scoring machines, slotting, finishing equipment)
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust parameters
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using precision tools
• Assist machinists with troubleshooting and improvements
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping
