Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision SmCo magnet components for Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Semiconductor industries. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year machining experience, blueprint reading, and precise measurement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year machining/manufacturing experience.
• Blueprint reading and precision measurement proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machining equipment (grinding, slicing, drilling, milling, CNC).
• Maintain tight tolerances and perform tool changes.
• Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis.
• Inspect parts with precision instruments and collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams.
