Job summary

Electron Energy Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for high precision manufacturing on the WE Shift in Lancaster, PA. You will operate a mix of CNC and non-CNC equipment to produce mission-critical components for aerospace, medical, and semiconductor industries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic reading of engineering drawings, and experience with precision measurement tools, enabling accurate part inspection and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• 1–2 years manufacturing or machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and non-CNC equipment (grinders, slicers, drillers, honers, chamfering tools, scoring machines, slotting, finishing equipment)
• Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust parameters
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency
• Inspect parts using precision tools
• Assist machinists with troubleshooting and improvements
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Support training for entry-level operators
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping
