Job summary

RealTruck, the premier manufacturer and digital destination of accessories for truck, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts, seeks a Machine Operator for the Roll Form department. You will set up, operate, process and monitor production lines, and inspect parts for quality while adjusting tooling as needed to meet specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate degree or technical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical school training preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment is required.
• Thermoform, Injection Mold, Douglas, ARPAC, ZED, or related machine operator experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to maintain continuous production at a high quality level with minimal waste.
• Performs in-process inspections to ensure parts meet visual standards.
• Adjusts machine settings and performs pre-operation checks as needed.
• Maintains 5-S standards and keeps work area clean and safe.
• Supports KPI targets for safety, quality and productivity.
