Pro Resources Inc. in Fremont, IN is seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The role requires dependability and the ability to produce quality parts in a fast-paced setting.

Pay is $20 per hour with a Monday–Thursday 6:00am–6:00pm schedule and possible half-days on Fridays during peak production. Responsibilities include setting up and operating thread rolling and/or heading machines, selecting dies, performing die changes, troubleshooting setup issues with maintenance

Qualifications

• Blueprint reading experience required.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand and bend throughout a 12 hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling and/ or heading machines.
• Select proper dies based on job specifications.
• Perform die changes and tooling adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machine and setup issues with maintenance or engineering support.
• Follow safety standards and production procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure blueprint requirements are met.
